I joined the Unlocking Greatness community after  weeks of binge watching Ms. Z YouTube videos and years of sitting on a business model I knew I was led to roll out. Unbeknownst to me, the day I joined the community, happened to be the day I quite my job. I was broken and scared but going through the necessary retreat I leaned heavily on the “Finally statement” and “Get it before you get it” exercises. To be honest my initial thought was, I need to learn how to make money fast, I just quit my job. But going through the retreat has shaped my mind in such a way that my action’s began to follow. Within a couple weeks of joining the community I started my own business and it hasn’t been easy but I’m grateful for the community and Ms. Z’s guidance. She is a huge part of my journey and I can tell she believes in me and wants me to win. For that, I’m excited for her to witness my personal and professional growth. I joined the Unlocking Greatness program because I had been following Zenja Glass on TikTok for a while. In her videos, I was immediately drawn to her presence. Zenja is a gifted speaker who is able to articulate concepts in a unique way. She has the special sauce that combines wisdom, relatability, and care. I joined this community because I was seeking a mentor I could trust. I also desired a high performing business coach who has similar faith values. 

Zenja is incredibly kind and generous with the knowledge she shares. Whether in the necessary retreat modules or in the group coaching sessions, Zenja will always give you her 100% effort. She cares deeply for each individual. What I have appreciated most about this mentorship program is having access to Zenja through a group message board. I was blessed to learn of Mrs. Zenja Glass two years ago via Instagram.

October 4, 2022. She spoke of entering your new season and the words Mrs. Z. said was, “Do not doubt it. You are in your new season.” stood out to me and it was just what I needed at that very moment. It helped me get back focused.

This year on May 27, 2024 It was heavy on me to have Zenja Glass be my mentor and be a part of the Unlocking Greatness program and it wasn't affordable for me at first. But GOD!! He put it on Mrs. Z.’s heart to make it affordable which I personalize because I'm a true tither and offering woman of GOD.

When I gave to the House of The Lord that same week, GOD gave me access to this mighty woman of GOD as my mentor in personal and business life. All Glory to GOD because I'm learning that who I am in GOD, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit all through scriptures.

With each live session GOD shows up and Shows Out and I'm so spiritually full each time.  

Everyone is a blessing and I'm becoming a great business woman. To know that Mrs. Z. takes the time out of her personal life to pray for us humbles me daily.

Unlocking Greatness is truly a gift from GOD to me and I'm So thankful that Mrs. Z. always adheres to the voice of GOD.

I cannot say enough good things about the necessary retreat. The necessary retreat was truly God sent. Z:  You truly allow the Holy Spirit to use you and speak through you in a mighty way to write the necessary book and to put together such a powerful necessary retreat that walks you through each chapter with a built in free biblical-base study guide at the end of each chapter.  It is evident that Z. has spent intentional time with God. This necessary retreat has given me hope again. If one person can let God use them to share their story of pure pain in her life and turn the hurt into a beautiful reflection of love through this masterpiece book, the necessary retreat is an answered prayer to many hurting people all over the world 🌎 like myself.  This gave me much needed hope I was searching for.  I am so ever grateful to Z. Through this retreat God has allowed me to see myself the way God sees me. 

If anyone is ready to challenge themselves to grow ……it says in God’s word whoever (“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.) Matthew 7:7-8.  

The necessary retreat is a perfect start to give you a beacon of hope that your life truly has purpose and we are all destined for greatness with God. Every day, by having an intentional relationship with God through prayer, mediation, and action, I have made sufficient changes in my personal life journey that I would have never accomplished without the help of the amazing Unlocking Greatness community and necessary retreat journey.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart Z. 

The necessary retreat made me cry, laugh, and address some very painful things in my life. One that speaks loudly to my spirit is a caged mindset. Chapter 12: Caged Mindset in the book has allowed me to break free from this way of thinking with the help of God of this ungodly and dangerous way of thinking that will cause anyone to stay in bondage, if not addressed. 

The necessary retreat is a great start for anyone who is struggling with some very painful unresolved issues. If you are willing to put in the work and address your painful hurting issues through this necessary retreat - God is willing and able to help you put your life back together again.  How do I know? I have tried it and Jesus is working in my life daily to restore me back to greatness through Jesus Christ. 

I have done some things I would have never accomplished without God. I challenge myself to love myself enough to change my caged mindset and every Human being is worthy of the same love through Christ. 

Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” 💕 This retreat gave me the hope and strength I was searching for. 

Every time I felt like giving up, Z.’s words of wisdom throughout social media gave me the strength and courage to battle my inner struggles head on without fear. I now have the Lion strength and courage that giving up on me is not an option; that there is Greatness inside of me.  I don’t have to beg anyone to love or accept me. I am a child of the Most High 🙌🏾

This masterpiece biblical-base retreat has changed my mindset and has drawn me to have a closer relationship with God.  I cannot thank this woman of God enough for listening to God and being bold enough to put her pain on display through her necessary book and speak so boldly inside her audio and visual necessary retreat life learning sessions.  God be the Glory for the marvelous things you are doing to make a difference in such critical times we are experiencing her in earth.
