(and its affiliates and guest speakers) are not provided as a substitute for giving psychological, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, including counseling, psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, or substance abuse treatment. I understand that Zenja Glass (and/or guest speakers) may not be licensed by any national or international recognized regulator. I also understand this community platform, course modules/training sessions include Bible-based principles.
- I release Zenja Glass, Unlocking Greatness Community with Zenja Glass, Unlocking Greatness, Inc. (and its affiliates and successors); in its entirety from all liabilities, including financial damages, psychological harm, etc., or any liability incurred from applying any information. I also understand any information received in training sessions/workshops or contained on this website shall not be understood or construed as financial advice.
- As a participant, I understand my membership can be revoked without notification if I demonstrate hate speech, bullying, promotions/spam, abusive language, etc. Additionally, I understand if I meet with, take advice from, access any links/posts from community members, sponsors/advertisers, or develop any relationship with members of this community, I do so at my own risk, and release Zenja Glass, Unlocking Greatness Community with Zenja Glass, Unlocking Greatness, Inc. (and its affiliates and successors) from any liability, including financial damages, physical or psychological harm, etc.
- Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively litigated in the State and Federal Courts of Illinois, Cook County, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of Illinois Courts.
- I understand if I report child, elder abuse, or neglect, or threaten to harm myself or others, necessary actions can be taken, and if ordered by a court, Zenja Glass (Unlocking Greatness Community with Zenja Glass, Unlocking Greatness, Inc. and its affiliates and successors), may provide information or testify to the extent the law requires.
- I understand that training sessions may be provided from any location worldwide. I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, live events, video/media posts, comments, etc. I give consent to receive email/SMS communications from Zenja Glass, Unlocking Greatness Community with Zenja Glass, Unlocking Greatness, Inc.
- I acknowledge that all content in this program (e.g., training videos, digital books and courses, etc.) is copyright and trademark protected by Zenja Glass. I agree not to sell, rebroadcast, reproduce, screen record, or share any information from this community/membership, including live recordings and testimonials from live streams or workshop sessions. I also understand I will not receive any royalties or commissions for any participation, referrals, etc.

I understand my payment(s) starts immediately upon purchase. For payment plans, I understand that all remaining payments will be automatically charged every 30 days until the plan is complete. For subscription plans, I understand I can cancel my monthly subscription before my next renewal date to avoid any future monthly charges. If I select an option that includes a one-time enrollment fee, I understand the one-time enrollment fee is non-refundable. If I cancel my plan, and choose to sign up at a later time, I understand I will be required to pay the one-time enrollment fee again. I also understand once my plan has expired, or been cancelled, I will lose access to all products/services in the Unlocking Greatness platform (If applicable, e.g., the "necessary." Retreat, videobook, audiobook, recorded sessions/training materials, workshop sessions, community access, etc.). I also understand refunds are not offered once this intangible e-service has been accessed.
