Define the strategic blueprint for your assignment-driven business: revenue and time targets, ideal work mix, and clearly segmented target audiences. Identify your unique value proposition, outline core offers and user experience flow, and establish SMART metrics alongside a faith-stretch goal that calls you into the next level of leadership.
Foundation
Build the technical and operational foundation: domains and social handles, hosting, and a right-sized tech stack (website, CMS/LMS, payments, email). Learn about brand assets, key compliances, support roles, etc. Map your core products (e.g., books, podcasts, courses, services, and more).
